Banking Protection

We provide expert assistance and financial compensation in cases of online banking fraud, phishing, SMS phishing (smishing), as well as theft or damage of bank cards. It also includes reimbursement of related administrative costs.

For phishing and smishing (fake, phishing banking SMS), we offer compensation of up to 600,000 HUF annually, for up to 2 claims.

For administrative costs, we provide reimbursement of up to 62,500 HUF annually, also for up to 2 claims.

Purchase Protection

If your online shopping doesn’t go as planned, you can receive assistance with claims and reimbursement of the product's value, up to a total of 124,500 HUF within one year. Protection covers undelivered, faulty, or improperly delivered goods, as well as items lost or damaged during returns.

Data Recovery (Intervention for Data Restoration)

Helps you recover files and data in case your device is damaged. For example, you can restore photos, personal files, and other materials. One claim can be submitted per year.

Guidance and support for issues related to online reputation, such as the unwanted publication of personal content (e.g., personal data) or online identity theft. Up to 2 claims can be submitted per year.

This is a service that provides coverage for online abuses or incidents. It's like having "digital insurance" that helps you in cases such as your email account or social media profile being hacked, your credit card number being stolen, falling victim to phishing, or someone misusing your name on the internet.

A VPN, or Virtual Private Network, is a technology that allows you to connect to the internet securely and privately. Think of it as a secret tunnel through the internet. When you use a VPN, your data is encrypted, so others cannot read or monitor it. This is especially useful when using public Wi-Fi networks, as it protects your data from potential spying or theft. Additionally, a VPN allows you to appear as if you're connecting to the internet from a different location, which can help you access your favorite content from anywhere in the world.

  • You need to use an antivirus app that provides adequate protection. This could be the Allyz Security application offered by our insurance partner or an equivalent application from another provider. You can find the details in the General Terms and Conditions.
  • The Allyz Security application encrypts your data and monitors internet traffic: it alerts you in case of suspicious websites, fraud attempts, or data breaches.
  • If an unpleasant incident does occur (such as online fraud or data theft), we investigate the case and attempt to recover the stolen account or data. Additionally, we provide compensation up to the limit amount if you lose money or offer legal advice if necessary.
  • You need to download and keep activated the Allyz Security application offered by our insurance partner, or any other equivalent antivirus application that provides adequate protection. The details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.
  • Make sure to read what the insurance covers—various exclusions may apply to the coverage.
  • Do not confuse data protection with complete security: a security system cannot protect you from poor decisions (e.g., downloading something from a suspicious source).

You can choose quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payment frequencies for the premium, depending on what is most convenient for you. The payment frequency you select will be specified in the policy. The following payment methods are available for paying the premium: credit card payment, recurring credit card payment, bank transfer, direct debit authorization.
